Emily Grace Reaves

This was the third time interviewing Emily Grace Reaves, or “Ems” as she likes to go by and the reason why I love this girl is because of her personality and enthusiasm when she talks about doing the things she loves. She reminds me of me when I was younger, I knew what I wanted to do in life and the moment I knew how to do something, I did it, age never mattered to me and at only 9-years-old Ems is making it known to the world that age doesn’t matter to her either.

Emily Grace first came into our lives when she played the little girl who knew Hannah Montana’s big secret in THE HANNAH MONTANA MOVIE. Shortly after, Ems and her best friend Noah Cyrus started a web show, THE NOIE AND EMS SHOW where they invite fans to get a glimpse of their personal lives; they even featured a few episodes of their journey of following Noah’s sister Miley Cyrus on tour. THE NOIE AND EMS SHOW has been a huge success on Youtube, but for the past few months it has slowed down, we asked Emily Grace if THE NOIE AND EMS SHOW is no longer “We just put one up, but there is more coming. We both have just been busy with other things” she tells us. Emily has indeed been busy with other things, she just starred in a short film called MELISSA, a touching story about two childhood friends who promised to be best friends forever until one of them was struck with cancer. “It was really fun to film, but I cried when I first read the script. It was really sad.” Emily also got to work with one of her best friends Sophie Texeira in the film she told us that was one of the best parts of filming. “It was amazing because she is the sweetest thing we took her to the Strawberry Festival this year and helped promote MELISSA, it was a lot of fun.”

Emily Grace already has a clothing line called “The Emily Grace Collection” with Ooh! La! La! Couture, this fall Emily is launching another line with Three Peas Co. “There is one dress that is polka dot on top and zebra on the bottom, its really cute I wore it at my last photo shoot.” She says. Ems also tells us that the clothes are funky, girly, lots of animal prints and lots of pink. Aside from all of the acting, modeling and designing clothes, Ems likes just being a normal kid, “My favorite things to do is ride my horse, play with my dog Bunny, playing with my birds and bunnies, drawing and playing with my friends” she says happily. We asked her to tell us one thing not many people know about her, her response: “My favorite food is pickled okra.”
