Justin Bieber Sued by a Mom

Justin Bieber is being sued by a mom who attended one of his concerts in 2010!

Stacey Wilson Betts took her daughter to the Portland, Oregon show and now claims that she suffered hearing problems because of the noise. She is asking for $9.23 million from Justin, his record label, the arena, and the promoter!

She says in her official statement, “[Justin Bieber] climbed into a heart shaped, aluminum/steel gondola and was pulled out over the crowd [creating a] wave like effect of screaming [and he] enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion. Due to the negligence of Justin Bieber [and the sound engineers who are] responsible to maintain safe decibels at all times during their events [the gondola acted as] a sound conductor.”
