I love the two characters and the actresses but the characters in a show together? Honestly think this will fail. Cat is supposed to be very ditzy and dumb. Sam is supposed to be her usual bad self who is super mean. Those two kinds of characters do not sound like they go well together at all. I see a lot of potential for Sam taking advantage of Cat like giving her crappy kids to babysit and such.
