Taylor Swift Stands Up 2 Cancer

Taylor Swift debuted her new song “Ronan” during Stand Up 2 Cancer 2012 in The Shrine Auditorium on September 7th.

The song is dedicated to Ronan, a 4-year-old boy who passed away after losing his battle against cancer. “Ronan” is now available on iTunes and all proceeds will be donated to cancer-related charities. Check out her performance in the video above!
