If I could be stranded on a desert island with only three things, they’d be: Books, Things for Snorkeling, camera.

The person I trust most is  My mom and my aunt!

One thing I can’t live without is My mom and my phone!

If I wasn’t an actor/actress, I’d like to be a politician(work my way up to President), writer, fashion designer, photographer, and dancer! I have tons of back up plans! :)

One thing I would never do is bungee jump off the Empire State Building!

One thing I really want to do is go skydiving, swim with dolphins, and snorkel(again!)

One thing that really scares me is spiders! AH!

The craziest thing I’ve done is jumped in Horsetooth Reservoir(CO)! I was so scared something was going to nibble on me! Also, cliff jumping!

The best thing I have done for someone else is surprised my mom on her birthday! I wrapped all her presents and cleaned the house so when she woke up it would be all clean! I also baked cinnamon rolls and put a candle in the roll and sang Happy Birthday in the morning! She really loved it!

Dream: We know you from being on Den Brother how was that experience??

Taylar: Being on the set of Den Brother was absolutely the best! All of the cast and crew became really close and like a family too! We filmed in Utah so we stayed in a hotel and all of us girls would always go swimming or do something fun around there.

Dream: You and G are good friends. Did you know her before Den Brother or meet working on that project?

Taylar: The first time I met G was at the mix and match for Den Brother! We never met before but when we started working together we became really close!

Dream: Tell us about Jillian’s Travels. That seems like an interesting project.

Taylar: Jillian’s Travels is a fun, upbeat, informational documentary type show. It is about two kids who go on a vacation to Africa and learn all about it! But, you really do learn from it in a fun way because  you can relate to the brother and sister   and it is fun to watch!

Dream: We see you do voice over work for special agent OSO .. what’s that like?

Taylar: I love going in for Oso because I get there and then play a game of Uno while we wait, and then I go in the booth, read my lines and I’m done! It’s so quick! But I also love playing with my voice.

Dream: where can our readers find you on the internet Twitter? Fan mail?

Taylar: Twitter: @taylarhender    NO FACEBOOK!   And fan mail:  Osbrink Agency in Universal City!

Dream: Bullying is becoming a huge issue. what advice do you have for victims of bullying?

Taylar: Don’t take it personal! Being bullied is a horrible thing and I know what it feels like! I was verbally abused when I was younger but I know none of the stuff they said is true. Some people are just insecure and have nothing better to do which is terrible.

Dream: On Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader you help adults win money? Is that a lot of pressure? were there other 5th graders you became friends with from that show?

Taylar: Yes! It is a lot of pressure because if you make them lose, it’s partly your fault! Especially when Miss USA was on our show I felt so bad because I got all the questions wrong! I was so nervous that day! My friend Danielle Cohen was on the show and she is one of my best friends! SUCH a sweet and smart girl and we hangout at least every two weeks! I also see my buddy Zach Callison around and he was really fun too!

Dream: We just celebrated Earth Day What do you do to stay green?

Taylar: I love helping the Earth so I try to do it every day! I bring water everywhere I go in a reusable canteen and recycle papers, milk jugs, and other things! I also ALWAYS turn out my lights! GO GREEN!

Dream: Who are your role models??

Taylar: My mom is one role model of mine because she is a strong, confident, and independent woman! I love that about her! My acting role model is Dakota Fanning because I like the way she tries to keep her self normal and still do acting.

Dream: Tell us about Judy Moody and the not so  Bummer Summer. Who do you play?

Taylar: Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer is based off the Judy Moody Books! It’s all about Judy and her summer plans and ideas. Some things turn out different then she wants them but everything works out! I play Amy Namey, Judy’s best friend! You can see me in the trailer on the pictures with the shark and monkeys! I wear glasses and have really dark brown hair!

Dream: What are you  your favorite TV shows ?

Taylar: I love Bones! I know it’s not a typical 12 year old show but I love murder mysteries! I Carly is another favorite! The character Sam is so funny!

Dream: Your brother is an actor . Did he/does he give you advice?

Taylar: He doesn’t really give me any advice but a lot of support which is very important.

Dream: are you home schooled?

Taylar: I was home schooled up until 2 weeks ago where I went back to my old school.

Dream: What charities do you support?

Taylar: The Starlight Foundation and Save the Children! Also the WWF.

Dream: what advise would you give to kids who want to become actors too?

Taylar: Keep trying and never give up. If acting is something you truly LOVE, you should keep trying! If you only do it for the money it won’t work. You have to love it! Most importantly, always do your best and never give up!
